This was the best spread of vegan desserts I've ever had. Banana, strawberry, chocolate chip cake, meringue, white wine poached pear and waffles with a berry copôte and berry sorbet. #abillionturns3 #berrylover And there is coconut milk in the waffles so I can use #coconutlover

This is not really a benedict but is just a fun way to describe it. It is served with a cashew cream which I really enjoyed with the falafel. I also added some chilllies in olive oil on top of it. It was hearty and nutritious. #abillionturns3

I was told that these taste very much like fish, I didn't grow up eating meat so I'll have to take their word for it. It was served with a cashew cream which helped dull the fishy taste. I enjoyed them and might order them again to share with other people but it is not exactly my cup of tea. And again, presentation was exceptional. #abillionturns3

This is the 2nd course that I had from the vegan tasting menu at Wish. They do have a bigger size that you can see on their instagram. Potatoes are my favourite, I eat them everyday and this hashbrown does them proud. The vegan cheese and caramelized onions are just the cherry on top. That is vegan feta in the salad and the presentation was very appreciated. #abillionturns3

I got invited to a vegan tasting menu at Wish On Florida and it was a lovely dining experience. This was the first course and when I took my first bite of the cauliflower couscous, I could tell that that a lot of thought was put into the flavours of the dish. The thai green curry was also served alongside the couscous and it was divine. The veg was cooked to perfection and there were plenty of cashew nuts scattered around. 2nd course to be posted soon. #abillionturns3
