This consisted of spicy BBQ soy curls standing in for 🐥, blistered shishito peppers, 🐄🥛-free cheddar shreds, San Marzano tomato sauce, pickled red onions, and fresh cilantro on a satisfyingly crisp and chewy crust. It had a wonderful combination of smoky, spicy, tangy, and savory. It is a special for Portland Pizza week, which continues through April 20, and a slice is only $4. It had a creative and crave-worthy mix of sweet and savory. We have mostly visited their restaurants in Canada but finally tried one in Portland. The garlic knots are my favorite dish at virtuous pie! They’re a little bit spicy and the red sauce is delicious. They also go really well with the garlic ranch!
