Sono quasi gelosa di condividere questo posto perché secondo me è una chicca e questo cupcake al pumkin spice è tra i dolci più buoni che abbia mai provato! Il frosting era sublime. 🥹 Pasticceria 100% vegan e gluten free. Il chai latte di mandorle che abbiamo preso insieme, invece, non era nulla di che 🌝

This is delicious and not too sweet. It’s also gluten free too. It’s my first rainbow cake and quite moist. I couldn’t finish it and had to bring some home. Yum! I’ll be back.

Completely a Gluten free and Vegan Bakery which has the sweetest owners and wonderful treats! Obviously rainbow cake is a must. I even travelled back to Switzerland with them and had cake fir breakfast with my kids 😋 #Veganin2021 #Glutenfree #Vidabakery

Lose that frownie, eat a brownie!!😃💚 I had this brownie a couple of years ago at “Mooshies Vegan Burger Bar” on Brick Lane in London but they get their peanut brownie from nearby Vida Bakery. I still need to try a burger at Mooshies as I only went for dessert, maybe add it to our list @sopheen? The brownie chocolate itself was velvety rich and the peanut butter works really well, with the side of vegan whipped cream complimenting the flavours perfectly! 🍫 🥜 😋 #veganbrownies #abillionlove

Vida Bakery is another success story, they started off four years ago with stalls at markets and festivals selling cakes free from dairy gluten and egg. They became so popular that they opened a permanent shop on Brick Lane in the summer of 2018. Vida Bakery is hard to miss on Brick Lane with its rainbow cake displays. Inside, you will find captivating cup cakes and cakes to choose from. The best day to visit would probably be the weekend as they have more cakes to choose from while on weekdays there are only three. I decided to try the red velvet cup cake and leave the cakes for the weekend when there would be more choices. The red velvet cup cake was shockingly good, the texture was spot on. I loved the way it was firm yet moist just like your regular cake but this was eggless!! The cakes are definitely worth trying because they are unsuspectingly eggless and vegan! Will definitely be coming back.
