Soup was way too salty had to add water, and it had a weird smell that I don’t know if they added artificial seasoning. Would like more ingredients, but ingredients of tomato and broccoli were great and healthy and the tofu was my favourite part. Tracy Juice Culture at Fortune Centre does their mushroom udon much better. Would appreciate if they have 100% biodegradable takeaway packaging and cutlery. #nuseats #nusMushroom udon
Ying Xuan23条评论I really like this! Noodles were soft and chewy and there were quite a lot of veggies: carrots, cucumbers, mushroom, tofu. The sauce has a meaty flavour to it somehow which sealed the deal for me. And because it's plant-based I didn't feel too full after eating it!Minced ‘Meat’ Noodles (Zha Jiang Mian)
Wai Sum561条评论Perfect dish for a rainy day. Not the most flavourful BKT I've tasted cos I like my broth heavy on the herbs and spices, but pretty awesome that they used 5 types of shrooms (lion's mane, shiitake, button, enoki, wood ear) and 0 mock meats!Bak Kut Teh Rice Set 素骨茶饭
