fulfilling786条评论#veganisnotscary what is hidden is- usually the most tastiest Chwee Kueh I had ever eaten has dried shrimps cooked together with the preserved chopped radish- this made it superbly delicious & oily & salty. That was my past 😆 The best part is the preserved chopped radish. It isn’t oily! It looks steamed instead of stir fried in a pool of cooking oil. The Kueh (steamed flour) is soft & lightly salted. The healthiest Chwee kueh I have eaten! Vegetarian express is renewing its rental lease around in Nov 2024, & express its concern about its foreseeable future. There isn’t many people dining in since costs raise. Come over to this cafe & taste its food, leave a review & may more people dine at its cafe, bringing it the business many others want too. Baked beans are an interesting part, haven't ate rice with baked beans before. The fries are SO AWESOMELY crunchy with the right amount of butteryness and salt (😅 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease ) The cutlet is a whole star itself. Perfectly crunchy crust ( is that the right word?) that is seasoned well on it's own. Has that fried taste. Inside is to me, perfectly moist and when warm, packs so much flavor. Gets abit chewier as it cools. So awesome. Go and try!! Do support them as their lease is only till end Nov 2024 and they need the customers to keep going:)Chicken Cutlet

Definitely qualifying as a entry for #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 🤣 A unique & tasty combination worth ordering for sharing with family. It is a huge contrast between Vegetarian Express French fries & Genki Sushi’s. Recently, the latter has added a tiny metal cooling rack within its serving bowl. When I removed the fries from the serving “train”, it was piled high above the bowl. I was like “wow! They increase their portion!” Not until…I saw the thing 😒that give the illusion of a big portion, when it isn’t at all. Vegetarian Express doesn’t have such “trick”. What you see in the photo is what you get. The bowl of fries is genuinely filled from bottom to tippy top! #veganisnotscary a big bowl of fries, with Mayo & Floss is greasy scary 🤣mayo fries with floss
fulfilling786条评论Nested on the 2nd floor of The Heartland Mall @Kovan was a small & humble cafe that serves the vegetarian & vegan community for many years. In mid of the inflation & rent increases, this cafe has continued to serve without charging GST & Service Charge. The carrot cake is soft & sweetened with dark soya sauce. It isn’t oily which I am pleasantly surprised. It is my first time I have ever seen fried carrot cake stir fried with bean spouts & green vegetables 🥬 😁, which makes it uniquely Vegetarian Express :) #veganisnotscary with cafe going 💪🏻 strong & continuing to serveFried carrot cake
