Allora se siete italiani dovete preparavi perchè quella che vi serviranno non assomiglia assolutamente a una carbonara come voi la avete in mente. Si tratta di una pasta con una salsa cremosa (dal sapore formaggioso), tofu e funghi. Non è una carbonara, ma per essere una pasta con i funghi è molto buona.
