This banh mi is a local favourite!! Since moving to the area it has become a staple on our dine out repertoire. A soft warm baguette filled with saucy vegan lemongrass chicken and a variety of fresh and pickled vegetables. It is the perfect combination of textures and flavours. It is very affordable, filling and feels light and relatively healthy for takeout!

The tofu pieces tasted original and amazing, a bit on the sweet side. The rice was a bit lukewarm. I prefer my dish warm. I wish the kitchen was entirely separated from the diner as I could sense the smell of different foods all the time. I saw inside the kitchen and it seemed a bit dull and untidy. I really hope they keep things sanitary in there! I asked for tea and they offered it for free. Ordered same dish for take-out for dinner.

The Vietnamese Vegan Rolls have Crispy Tofu, cucumber sweet potato and noodle SO DELISH but the vegan lemongrass chicken rolls are my # 1 fav!
