Vermicelli di frumento con mix di verdure e piccoli straccetti di tofu e seitan gustosissimi. Il piatto è delizioso, ben equilibrato e abbondante. Il prezzo, 6 euro, è super onesto considerata anche la location. Locale semplice ma molto pulito. Personale gentilissimo.

The presentation may not be the best as they look a bit pale, but the taste is quite nice. I particularly like to deep them into the spice sauce.

Every time I see this dish on a menu I have to order it. None has been as good as Tien Hiang’s version though. This one just didn’t have quite as good a flavor even though it’s a very similar soup. Has pieces of shrimp and chicken as well.

This was such a fresh and flavorful dish! I love the variety of tastes and textures. The pineapple was very minimal and I didn’t even taste it until near the end but once I found it this dish was really incredible.

My dining partner didn’t care for this dish but I think it was my favorite item I tried. I love the tofu filling. It kind of fell apart but was tasty nonetheless.
