This amazing superfood salad was filling, flavorful, and delicious! The Falafel Nest Salad is topped with a crispy falafel served over organic greens, shaved cucumber, creamy avocado, and house-made beet hummus. The signature maple dressing, drizzle of vegan matcha sauce, and sprinkle of hemp seeds were the perfect addition. I have never eaten beet hummus before, but it was outstanding! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The price was $21. It was worth it! #vegan #beets #hummus #salad #manhattan

This blew me away. I have never thought of getting to experience vegan eggs Benedict and this was incredible! The eggs were runny and the entire meal was very flavorful! Highly recommend :)

The flavors in this were really good! I wish the “chicken” was a bit firmer, but otherwise it had great flavors and was very filling 🥬🌮🌯🍅

How the heck do you make a vegan poached egg? Like for real, you put your knife into this thing and the yolk-like thing just oozes out like some golden creamy goodness. Didn't even know that was possible without eggs, but here we are. The potatoes were also delicious and you can just slather those with all the sauce you'll have in the plate when eating this thing. Still baffled about this non-eggy wizzardry.

I used to frequent this spot when I was working in midtown and loved it. I was craving a pesto panini today, and in hindsight, I should have just gone to the grocery store and made one. UT47 is pretty out of the way for me now, but I went anyway. While the customer service and presentation are always exceptional, and the sandwich didn’t taste bad… it was missing a few things. There was no pesto and no avocado at all. Maybe 2 arugula leaves… There seemed to be extra soy curls and cheese to make up the difference. Thankfully it also comes with a side matcha sauce, otherwise it would have been very dry. I was disappointed because of the aforementioned pesto craving, but it wasn’t terrible and it left me with a full belly.

This bagel is delicious- 100% recommended! The two sides were also great- quality strawberries and a perfectly baked little blueberry muffin. If you are arriving to NYC and need breakfast/brunch- this is the place! This meal filled me up for a day in the city. Plus, the restaurant staff were welcoming which felt nice after traveling. I loved this breakfast!

Amazing sandwich that had me salivating at every bite. The bread was nice and toasty and the cheese was melty and tasty. The sandwich was served with a muffin that was simply amazing, soft, and warm. There was also a garlic aoli based sauce to dip the sandwich in, and although it didn't need it it did make it even tastier. #breakfast #manhattan

Another huge portion we had in this Korean-fusion vegan-friendly restaurant in New York City. The #soy bits were cooked in BBQ sauce, and they were balanced by the fresh #avocado , #arugula , and #sundriedtomatoes pesto. To make it tastier, it featured two different kinds of #vegancheese : provolone and cheddar. Recommended if you are really hungry 😅 We ended up regretting ordering two dishes, as one would have been enough for two people. #nyc #newyorkcity #vegantravel

What a rich breakfast🤩 this bagel was well charged with ingredients and taste! #tofu , #avocado , #veganegg , #tomato and #vegancheese barely fit into this #bagel . 🇪🇦 Muy rico. Sentí que le faltó sabor al plato pero como quiera estaba delicioso y llena bastante. Nos dieron también fresas y un muffin vegano. 🇬🇧 Very good. I felt the dish was lacking in flavor but it was delicious anyway and very filling. They also gave us strawberries and a vegan muffin.

The cookie itself was tasty and a a nice size, but $5.95 for one cookie is way too much money 💰. I would hesitate to order again, to me this is a once in a while treat at that price point
