If you’re looking for vegan Thai, check out Up To Me Thai. They have plenty of options you can add tofu to and veganize. The spicy basil is my go to. Has some jalapeño slices, mixed veg, and I get the tofu added which is nice and crispy. It is served with white rice. Again, make sure to ask for it and any other dishes to be made vegan. #veganisnotscary
