tara is the name of this matcha barley grass praliné (and a cool dog i know🐶). based on cashew and almonds, sweetened with erythritol. tastes like summer because it also contains lemon juice and lemon grass. the matcha taste is not that strong. 3,30€ per raw petite is expensive considering it weighs only approximately 30g (->110€/kg🥲). personally, i didn't find it convincing enough to spend that amount once again. #rawcake #matcha #erythritol #veganinberlin #vegangermany

the red beet wrap is filled with carrot "salmon", potato and parsnip mash, cracker crunch and Cashew cream (raw & fermented). it's served with a big salad (green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, radish). i didn't like this dish for i can't stand salmon-like food. the rest of the wrap filling was nice tho. my companion enjoyed it - even though he said it didn't resemble Salmon too much - and gives the dish 4 stars. price of 15€ is a bit too much in my opinion. #carrotsalmon #salmon #veganwrap #glutenfreeveganrestaurant #veganinberlin #vegangermany

the bread with spreads includes - 2 slices of home-baked protein bread - protein crackers - pea guacamole - hummus - beet and horseradish chutney - fresh cashew cream (raw, fermented) - salad bouquet my opinion on each component: - home-baked protein bread -> i didn't like it that much. it contains many nuts and seeds and it's just been a bit too much for me. I would've preferred normal wholegrain bread. for some reason, we actually got one additional slice of a different bread which was much better - protein crackers -> better than the protein bread, had something cheesy (tastewise) - pea guacamole -> the savoury spread i liked most because i love peas - hummus -> to our surprise, no normal hummus but with curcuma or so, at least it was yellow - beet and horseradish chutney -> I don't like this combo but my companions enjoyed it - fresh cashew cream -> this was nothing for me, i didn't like the seasoning and it didn't fit to the sweet breakfast because it's a bit spicy in my opinion - salad bouquet -> green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, radish. found it good price of 14€ is a bit high but everything's organic and gluten-free so the price is ok. wouldn't order it again tho (didn't enjoy the spreads enough) #breakfast #veganbreakfast #savourybreakfast #glutenfreeveganrestaurant #glutenfreebreakfast #veganinberlin #vegangermany

the sweet breakfast includes - 2 slices of home-baked protein bread - a banana bread muffin - vegan butter - datys chocolate spread - selection of jams - fresh cashew cream - fresh fruits my opinion on each component: - home-baked protein bread -> i didn't like it that much. it contains many nuts and seeds and it's just been a bit too much for me. i would've preferred normal wholegrain bread - banana bread muffin -> heavenly, a full 11/10 - vegan butter -> i'm pretty sure it never reached my table but that's no problem, i can't stand butter😂 - datys chocolate spread -> this spread is soooo good, i even wrote a whole review for it - selection of jams -> i had raspberry and apricot jam, both surprisingly delicious since i normally don't like jam. they were only naturally sweetened (with fruit)😋 - fresh cashew cream -> this was nothing for me, i didn't like the seasoning and it didn't fit to the sweet breakfast because it's a bit spicy in my opinion - fresh fruits -> we had melon (🍈&🍉), apple, orange and blood orange, all fresh and tasty price of 14€ is a bit high but everything's organic, gluten- and sugar free, so the price is fair i guess. #breakfast #veganbreakfast #sweetbreakfast #sugarfree #glutenfreeveganrestaurant #glutenfreebreakfast #veganinberlin #vegangermany
