The food itself is quite good, even though you might find very few vegan options at times. I don’t think I will go back soon (or eat there again at all), since the wait is long, they mess up with the bill way too frequently, and they keep forgetting what you have just ordered. Everything is a big mess and for this price point I expect to receive at least a full size napkin and especially expect someone to clean my table when I have finished eating and am waiting for my coffee to arrive (it was good though)

Rimanere delusa all'impasto in una panetteria famosa per gli impasti ✅ Non so se sia andata male la cottura, ma la base era talmente dura che si faticava a tagliarla col coltello e in generale al morso risultava troppo masticosa (e io che speravo in una nuvoletta 😭). Forno in zona città studi, con tavolini sia esterni che interni dove ci si può fermare per consumare. Vi si trovano tanti tipi di pane ispirati ai prodotti di diverse nazioni. Sicuramente c'è molta attenzione e ricerca nelle materie prime e nelle ricette che propongono, i prezzi sono decisamente alti. Lo stile del locale piuttosto studiato ma il risultato è piacevole e rilassante. La focaccia che ho preso era molto croccante, ben cotta forse un po' unta. Il cipollotto non si sentiva molto mentre l'abbinamento asparagi e tahina era molto riuscito. Purtroppo le opzioni vegane non sono molte. Il piatto della foto viene circa 6€. This is a new bakery in Milan that defines itself as "a bit Georgian, certainly Nordic, obviously Milanese". They have inside the traditional Georgian oven, the tone. Here you can find khachapuri, shotis puri and other breads from different traditions all with quality flour and sustainable products that comes from cultivation methods respectful of the planet and of workers. I love this part even if, of course, not all the bread are vegan. I arrived late so I couldn't try the traditional breads but this focaccia is absolutely great This place must be tried.
