Expected a mock meat version of wings, turns out these were cauliflower fritters dipped in some yummy sweet and sour sauce. The sauce was really good, and the surprise standouts of the dish were the sides of vegan mayo and their signature green pepper 🫑 sauce. Wasn’t really a vegan version of the wings, but it’s a refreshing take on how it’s the sauce that’s the yummy part of the dish and they delivered just that. #veganwings #sweetandsour #veganisnotscary

By the looks of it, looked so close to the non vegan version. By the texture of it, again very close to the real deal except for the puffiness. The taste was okayish as I found it a bit too salty, but the salad was really seasoned well and refreshing. Made with aquafaba, nutritional yeast, veggies and served with sides of vegan cheese, salad, and toast. The menu said it would be served with hash brown but that was clearly missing from the plate. Marching on towards veganizing the cruel version of these dishes, full marks for that. #veganisnotscary #veganomelette

A powerhouse of Spinach, banana, spirulina, dates, hemp, chia, flax seeds, almond butter blended into coconut and almond milk. This was a beautiful concoction of all these wonderful ingredients, and it really seemed like an entire meal in itself. It was hearty, delicious and I would recommend it for two people because it really is humongous and full you up. #spinach #vegansmoothie #plantpower #veganisnotscary

Made with cashew cheese, served on a garlic and herbs flavoured bread, with slider of their secret sauce made from capsicum (green peppers). This was a delectable appetiser, and their cashew cheese is to die for. It’s been a while since I visited the cafe, and they have revamped their ambience and the menu. Their menu is more diverse and more thought through this time around. One of the new additions is this beautiful looking dessert, the ice cream and the cake are lite, flavours good. But found the cake a bit on the drier end. #vegandessert #mudcake #veganisnotscary

Mushrooms, tomato and onions, as simple as that. The taste was almost good and that’s because it had a few issues with it - the dough was a little raw, and maybe the pizza needed a few more veggie toppings, or maybe I am a bit greedy. #pizza #vegancheese #mushrooms #cheese

Chocolaty and refreshing at the same time. Made using coconut milk. Every time I have a plant based drink I am reminded about the fact that dairy drinks always made me feel heavy and groggy at the end.
