Everything meshed well together - in one scoop, I got the sweetness of the dried cranberries, nuttiness of the chickpeas, earthliness of the beet miso hummus, crunchiness of the quinoa, and finally topped off with the tanginess from the carrot sesame dressing. With all these flavours and textures happening in one plate, you’ll never get bored.

One of the better salads I’ve had!! The kale is rly fresh and all the components were good except that falafels r a lil dry!

Tried this for the first time! I gave only two stars for the taste because I felt that they gave too much dressing - an overpowering sour taste! Perhaps they could have put the dressing separately instead of mixing them all with the quinoa at the bottom. The broccoli texture was good though (wasn’t too hard). The salad was a little spicy too. I like how the sweetness from the cherry tomato, corn and cranberries complemented the sour dressing/spicy chickpeas/falafel taste. It was also my first time trying crunchy chickpeas, and I would say I prefer the soft chickpeas 😆

Pure Vida is an amazing and weird take on Mediterranean salads! Various ingredients in this bowl include Quinoa, Kale, Falafel, Broccoli, Beets Miso Hummus, Cranberries, Corn Kernels, Cherry Tomatoes, Spiced Chickpeas, Dukkah & Carrot Sesame Dressing! Even though you can tell from the pics, there is actually plenty of greens hidden in the bottom! And the leaves ARE SO FRESH (which is very impt for salads) The falafel, hummus and corn kernels were the spotlight of this dish and it was amazing! Falafel as a tad too dry but easy fix! A few things I didn’t like was the cranberries ( which were a lil too sweet and unnecessary to my liking) & the carrot sesame dressing tasted more like a carrot vinaigrette!! There was also this sandy taste coming out of nowhere and I did bite into some hard kernels and nearly broke my teeth😭😂 I would definitely try the freedom bowl next time! I was rushing for my mid-terms and wanted to eat something quick and easy and this was the only easy grabfood option so I got it!!

haven't given a 5 star rating in a while but this deserves it for sure!! loved the sweetness from the cranberries and the crunch of the chickpeas. everything came together nicely ✨ definitely one of the best salads i've had! (from the website: Quinoa, Sustenir Kinky Kale, Falafel, Broccoli, Beets Miso Hummus, Cranberries, Corn Kernels, Cherry Tomatoes, Spiced Chickpeas, Dukkah, Carrot Sesame Dressing)
