This is one of my favourite sandwiches in Victoria. It’s made with fresh baked in house focaccia, veggies like tomatoes and cucumber, and sprouts, plus a house made almond cheese spread. I would usually never make a veggie heavy sandwich like this for myself at home so I was surprised by how much I liked it the first time I tried it. Big recommend. We were downtown for a walk yesterday and stopped in here for a light lunch. They always have a feature soup that’s #veganfriendly and since it was so chilly outside, we both got a small cup of this #blackbean and #sweetpotato soup. It was packed with vegetables so I loved it.

This #vegan #caesarsalad was delicious! I especially loved the #alfalfasprouts and #kale. The #dressing was really good too. We shared the salad and each got a #sweetchilli #tofu sandwich. The sandwiches were also delicious, but super messy to eat… next time, I’ll probably just get the #caesarsalad and add tofu!

This #vegansalad was surprisingly good. Nice presentation, full of #healthy stuff and #tasty! I think they might’ve forgotten the #tahini dressing, but honestly, it didn’t need it. I still enjoyed it and would get it again.

This was so yummy! At first I was a bit skeptical thinking it seemed like something I could probably make just as well at home but I was wrong! The focaccia and almond mayo were soo good!

The curry was surprisingly flavourful. I think it had a decent amount of curry paste and I definitely got some flavour from bay leaves that they put in it. We got it with rice so that was nice all mixed in and the greens served on the side were presented in a cute way and tasty too.

This sandwich was really tasty. My only negative critique would be that it’s really slippery and messy to eat, but that’s what utensils are for. My favourite parts were the smoked tofu, the house-made bread and the almond mayo which was fantastic.

Delicious house-made yellow curry with pickled carrots, mung bean sprouts, cucumber, toasted peanuts, cilantro and house sweet chili sauce. This a half order. Quite a few well marked vegan options on the menu, we can only hope one day this lovely little cafe will be fully plant based.
