Vegan Pancakes

Everyone who knows me knows I am obsessed with pancakes! These were super good and I had leftovers everytime for the next day! The shakes are amazing, they give you the shaker with a second batch just like in a real diner.

I thought it was quite an original idea for a non vegan restaurant. Crispy polenta, “bacon” and a cashew sauce on a toasted muffin. Really enjoyed it and not expensive either. The bacon was more like sausage imo but still nice.

Vegan Benedict (vegan bacon, crispy polenta w cashew sauce on a toasted muffin). It was delicious. Everything on the plate goes well together. Thumbs-up for the variety of vegan options and lovely staff. Great place for gathering (vegan and non-vegan).
