These are pricey! Choosing an #impossibleburger adds an extra $6.5 dollars which made me hesitate to order. It is quiet a big burger! This is the only restaurant where I’ve been asked how I want my burger—rare, medium, well done—which feels kind of odd but interesting. Does it make a difference for impossible burgers?
My custom order included pineapple—!!—and it was pretty good! I had the chipotle aioli with it. I was definitely full with this burger. But, I wouldn’t choose this place again because of the price. I think it ended up being 20 dollars and that’s without the fries.
NOTE: Ask them to not butter your bread.
