Photo doesn’t give justice to this meal. Probably one of the most cool restaurants in town and very very busy, we were turned down the first night so go early if you want a table #capetown #southafrica

This is not a tasting menu, this is a full 3 main meal size menu. They give you a lot of food! All sorts of Indian dishes made vegan, lovely taste and presentation. I could not eat more than a bite of the last course (3rd pic), but it was great for lunch today. You pay just under 500 pp, but you get quite a bit. It’s a real treat, I would recommend to visit the restaurant.

An absolutely 5 star experience!! This tasting menu was incredible - and don't be fooled the food just keeps coming so wear those elastic stretchy pants lol. The flavours, spices and combinations we tried were really good. Such a treat of an evening and highly recommended!!

Perhaps the best food I’ve ever eaten. The picture is of two portions. There are 3 courses. Very filling. I made the mistake of snacking on pretzels before because I didn’t realise how much food there would be. Amazing. Pricy but worth it.

This is everything and more than you could ask for. Pricy. But worth every single cent spent. Fantastic choice for a special night out. You won't be leaving with your jeans button still intact. 10 STARS!

So about last night😍I can’t remember what everything was, but EVERYTHING was mind-blowingly delicious!! Definitely recommend you go try Thali’s vegan tasting menu.

This was an absolute treat. Everything was cooked to perfection - aromatic, full bodied flavour, utterly delicious. (But be warned, the dishes are rather rich and oily.)

Hands down one of my best dining experiences in Cape Town - the vegan courses at Thali are prepared with love and respect. The corn bhajis are a real win, with subtle tastes of saffron... I loved the lentil Dahl and chili paste, everything so fresh and flavourful!

So this was basically a mango sorbet/ice cream type of thing, covered in a nutty crust (pistachios, maybe?) ... can you tell I’d never heard of ‘Kulfi’ until last night 😂 ANYWAY, it was delicious, and the perfect end to a perfect meal! No idea where I found the space after the colossal tasting menu, but I guess I’ve always kept my priorities straight when it comes to dessert 😉 #veganisnotscary 🎃🧡👻 #greyton #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary
