I wasn’t too much of a fan of this carrot cake, unfortunately. It was made with whole wheat flour and very little sugar, which made it not particularly sweet nor soft. Also the coating wasn’t sweet at all and I didn’t like that. I have to say, this place was very vegan friendly, so even though I didn’t love anything I have ordered here I was happy to support them. The staff was nice and friendly but very slow, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a visit and are in a hurry. This cheesecake was my favorite dish from my visit at Tèco and probably the only pastry I would suggest getting here out of all the ones I tried. It had a raspberry topping which was sweet and rich. I had great expectations for cold pressed orange juice here in Sicily, but unfortunately here at Tèco they were not met at all. This orange juice seemed watered down and it was lacking flavor. That’s too bad! #orangejuice #freshlysqueezedorangejuice #coldpressed #freshjuice #palermo #sicily

Again, another great espresso in Palermo. It has a strong, rich flavor and left a pleasant aftertaste in the mouth. You can get espressos like this almost anywhere in Palermo, but here at least you are also supporting a very vegan-friendly venue. This muffin was with cardamom and orange, a really interesting combination! We got this at Tèco, a vegan friendly bar in Palermo with a lot of choices for a vegan breakfast or a sweet snack. We wanted to try their vegan croissants but unfortunately they were out of them at the time of our visit. Non mi ha soddisfatto, era secco, e quella parte sopra che sembra cremosa ma che invece è solida era troppo dolce. C'è un po' di marmellata di albiccche dentro. Gusto ok.

La mia (abbondante) colazione di oggi in questa bella sala da tè. La torta l'avevo già recensita (buona), oggi è il turno delle tettine. Sono piccole, come suggerisce il nome. Buona, il gusto è quello della spremuta di arancia fresca, con quel pizzico di amarostico che spesso ha la polpa dell'arancia. Consistenza gelatinosa. 2,5€. Consiglio il posto, ha tante cose per la colazione/merenda.

Il mio posto preferito a Palermo per la colazione vegana. Tornarci è sempre un piacere. Tante opzioni vegane (tutte buonissime), personale disponibile e sempre di buon umore (fa la differenza!). In foto crêpes integrale vegana con pistacchio e cappuccino con latte d’avena.

Muffin abbastanza soffice e gustoso. Ne preparano di tanti tipi diversi, sono tutti buoni ma un po' piccoli. Il prezzo è 2,5€.

Bellissima e buonissima torta di compleanno alla crema gialla e frutta di Teco. Questa è sufficiente per circa 10-12 persone (anche se l'avevo chiesta piu piccola) ed è costata 50€. La crema è molto buona, era freschissima, dolce e dal gusto equilibrato. L'impasto era un po' troppo alto secondo me, abbastanza soffice ma un po' pesante, forse ci voleva qualcosa che lo bagnasse un po' di più. Devo dire che ha acquistato più sapore il giorno dopo.

Questo muffin mi è piaciuto molto, oltre che grazioso a vedersi era anche soffice e con un sapore delicato all'arancia, una glassa dolce sopra, consigliato, 3€.
