Requested to remove eggs. Nasi cooked with veggies and a lot of #impossible minced meat mamak style. Srisun has a bunch of fancy goreng dishes. Request to remove the yoghurt topping on this. #veganise Enjoyed the texture of the palak gravy- so thick and smooth. And it had a good spicy kick. Srisun is living in the future. Offering Impossible meat as an option for its mamak style goreng dishes. They however tend to crack an egg in their goreng dishes. Impossible meat is now used in mamak cooking. A lovely glimpse into the future!!! I believe the goreng dishes are fried with egg, so I added in the order instructions to do without. This tasted so good.
