Their choice of vegan egg did not taste good, and there was barely any egg in the dish. Large chunks of sausage were the majority of this dish. They should have flipped the ratios of those 2 ingredients but then also use a better vegan egg!

It was quite good and decently priced. Honestly, it's probably the best Vegan breakfast burrito I've had. Additionally, i believe a non-Vegan would enjoy it as well.

Large Flour tortilla stuffed w/sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, scrambled ‘ZERO EGG’, plant-based Italian sausage & cheddar; served w/salsa on the side. Doesn't come with chips or a side, but this thing is large and filling.

First of all, I love this restaurant and how accommodating it is! Vegetarian? No problem, Vegan? No problem, Gluten free? No problem? Nut allergy? No problem. This is how every restaurant should be! Food was amazing! The matcha latte lacked taste but was still pretty good.

the pancake is exactly the kind of vegan pancake i want to get at a diner or cafe - big, tasty, and not overly "healthy" - i.e made with buckwheat flour or something like that 😬 being served with real maple syrup was a definite plus, and i was given enough to be able to put some on my sausage! the sausage was from Lightlife which is imo the best vegan breakfast sausage. overall a great meal with great service. will definitely come again next time i'm in pittsburgh!
