This is the first vegan mac and "cheeze" dish I have found that tastes like the real thing! With only a four minute prep time (just toss it in the microwave and let cool for one minute), it is the perfect dish for on the go pasta lovers. The "cheeze" is melt in your mouth delicious and gives you that perfect owy gooey texture. This has become a regular item in my refrigerator!
