Este plato estuvo exquisito. Bastante porción. Muy colorido. Ingredientes frescos y el sabor exquisito. Tenía las setas, arroz, hummus, lentejas negras, greens, cebolla, aderezo de tahini, cucumber, ricotta de almendras y pita fresco súper delicioso. Mi amiga pidió un pita relleno de chik'n empanado y unas sopas de lentejas. Le encantaron.

Eh.. I ordered both this and the ‘Tomato Jam’ hummus because I had a coupon — the later is in the fridge and I’ll try that tomorrow. This hummus is kinda underwhelming. Ended up having to add another sauce to give it some flavor after I ate all the green chili in the middle. The pita chips were also very bland. Wouldn’t recommend.

You know it’s good if I go back again the next day. Having a ‘Make Your Own’ section is literally a godsend. Israeli pickles, pickled cabbage, pickled onions, roasted brussel sprouts, cucumbers, and greens — with their added Smashing Potatoes and Falafels. Delicious. Their garlic tahini is great, but the cilantro dressing they included was the best. This rounded out to under $14 and I think that’s a great bang for your buck.

Another office lunch order. Wanted the ‘Classic Falafel Bowl’ but that was unavailable at this location - so this was ordered for me instead. Honestly, probably for the best because I did want to try their almond feta and baba ghanoush. They were great and this was a nice and filling bowl.

Malabi is a coconut milk pudding, one of two dessert options they have. It was good, but nothing too special. I was craving something sweeter after the bowl and this dessert was a bit bland for my taste. But I would definitely recommend this place, the portions are big and the prices are fair. They have several locations in DC, so find one nearby and pay them a visit! #coconutmilk #pudding #veganpudding #shoukdc #malabi

This branch is in a very nice location in Georgetown, so lovely to walk around this neighborhood! It has tables inside and outside and you place your order using a screen, no contact with staff needed. They have several options of sandwiches, bowls, and sides. I chose the Fried Shouk'n bowl and it was really good! It consists of oyster mushroom schnitzel, green cabbage, pickles, and harissa mayo. You can choose if you want it with rice and lentils, with salad, or both. Everything was very tasty, I loved the combination of the fried mushrooms with the sauce!
