Thai Basil Rice Noodles With Veggies

Flavorful, saucy and just a tad spicy. Loved the veggies and flavoring. Broccoli is one of my fav veggies.🥦 A bit indulgent. Garnished with basil. Not many vegan options here unfortunately but this was quite tasty!

Edamame is one of my favs! Rich in antioxidants (isoflavones) and excellent source of minerals, vitamin B and protein.

Seaweed Salad

Fresh and delicious! I love sesame seeds! Wonderful delightful appetizer on a bed of greens. 💚💚💚 #seaweed
