This place sales meat but they have vegan options. They have a quick side market with quick to go vegan options like a bah mi tofu sandwich and a box of hummus. The sandwich was pretty good considering that it has been in the fridge for a while

I didn’t expect much since it was just a grab and go sandwich from the airport but it was ok. The slab of tofu was a bit thick and flavorless, but the bread and veggies were decent. It needed some more mayo and cilantro. #uplandspeak

Such a delicious vegan meal in the Denver airport! Not something I was expecting, but Root Down had many vegan meals and many meals that could be made vegan. I wish I could have tried everything! My bento box was delicious - the country fried tofu and edamame were my favorite parts.

This veggie burger is one of the best I’ve had. It’s full of flavor with a jalapeño jam and avocado and arugula on a (vegan) buttery pretzel bun. This is a great place to get #veganairportfood at #DENairport. Pro tip: it’s not on the menu, but you can get spiced steamed cauliflower and broccoli instead of sweet potato fries and they are incredible. If you need airport food, this is a great place to go because many items are vegan optional (labeled on the menu) and it’s high-quality food!

This restaurant is a great option for vegan food at #DENairport. Located in #DENConcourseC, this restaurant has many innovative options that can be made vegan. The salad was very good, and so was the tofu, although it was filled with oil. I love seeing good vegan #airportfood! #RootDownDEN #veganairportfood!
