So yummy, it has crispy tofu and crispy kale on top of cucumber, avocado and asparagus roll. Kale was a little too salty, but still delicious! I shared these 2 dishes with my sister and the price was reasonable!

Three varieties of vegan ice cream(made from coconut milk): green tea, chocolate and coconut. Pretty presentation and light and refreshing. Flavor was coconut heavy. #veganin2021

Fried tofu with mix mushroom sauce. Nice assortment of mushrooms with fresh, nicely browned tofu. Sauce was sweet, sour, salty, creamy - all at once. Only complaint was the portion size was too small. #veganin2021

The crispy tofu is really great. Avocado in ramen is a new touch for us as well. Adds some creaminess to the ramen. The rolls are the star of the show though.

Rice is SUPER vegan friendly. They do an entire vegan pre fix menu as well. Lots of vegan sushi rolls and their whole vegetable list is vegan. Everything is also 100% organic. This sushi roll is delicious with nice crispy blocks of tofu right on top. Inside the roll is avocado and cucumber. Plated on the side is crispy kale chips which are delicious. Highly recommend this place! Very affordable, the prefix menu with I think 5 dishes is only $23. Try the mojito- they use sparkling sake which is delicious.

Crunchy roll, the sushi was made from tofu, seaweed, sriracha Mayo, cucumber and rice. Price is around $13 for six pieces and is next to the beach location.
