germainew65条评论This is not completely 100% vegan because the flour used to make the pancake already contains egg. However, the filling within the pancake is plant-based (ie: veggies and beansprouts). Restaurant is unable to veganise it due to the flour used to make the pancake.Banh xeo chay
germainew65条评论Already veganised. It says vegetarian on the menu, but since there is no dairy (as is with many south east asian / asian dishes), no egg, no fish sauce, it is vegan. Nice sour tangy taste from the tamarind. Perfect for cold rainy daysPhở Chay
germainew65条评论Their Pho Chay is light and refreshing. Nice for a change to try pho that is not super tasty nor overly salty. But as someone who does enjoy my food tasty, I likely would not have this as often😆 ambience of the restaurant is nice though.Phở Chay
