Ramen hood makes a seriously delicious ramen. The OG isn’t my favorite - I prefer the onion broth, but it’s still delicious. Only thing I would say is that the vegan egg looks extremely cool, but adds no flavor to the dish and isn’t worth the extra price. The mushrooms, on the other hand, ARE worth the price for extra!

Description: 🍜”🍳” Spicy sunflower seed broth with vegan egg. Their vegan egg is made in two parts: the “white” of the egg is made out of their #richassbroth that has been seasoned with sea salt and gelled with agar. The “yolk” is a combination of nutritional yeast, black salt, and sodium alginate. This is the only way broccoli should ever be prepared. The broccoli is served in a soy sauce glaze with scallions. It is worth going here for this dish alone.

Truly a delicious bowl of ramen. The chili oil gives it some heat, so be sure to stir it well. The noodles are incredible. The sunflower broth is very rich. The mushrooms are very meaty. Skip add the vegan egg as it doesn’t add any flavor, it’s only for looks.
