I get excited about vegan shrimp because it seems so exotic 😂 This sandwich was delicious and filling and comes with coleslaw and a side of choice. I got the potato salad which was incredible. Get yo’self some!

Delicious and heathy soul food! Blackeyed peas with kale, tomato, celery, peppers, onions, and carrots in a savory broth, and they serve it up with yellow rice and avocado. It also comes with a piece of cornbread. 🌽

This is one of their top selling items on the menu. It’s southern comfort food wrapped in an egg roll. The rolls contain North Carolina bbq, Mac n cheese, and greens and comes with bbq sauce on the side. Super tasty!

Another awesome dish from Pure Soul:). They do an awesome version of a vegan Philly sandwich. You can choose mushrooms or impossible meat. It also comes with vegan provolone, green peppers, and onions. It is served on a soft hoagie roll. The sandwich was fresh and well prepared, and the taste was great. I got a side of their vegan potato salad.

This is one of my go to sandwiches from Pure Soul. The vegan chikin patty is well seasoned. The bun is always fresh as well as the lettuce and tomato. It comes with vegan mayo as well. #veganisnotscary

Another awesome dish from Pure Soul 🌈 They use local sweet potatoes and fry them. They are just the right thickness and have salt on top. They easily reheat as well. #veganisnotscary

Love this dish from pure soul. I got the classic style with vegan ranch. The chikin tenders were really nicely breaded and the seasoning was great. They had a great texture and were surprisingly filling. I would definitely order them again. #northcarolinavegan

Another awesome choice from Pure Soul! They season the impossible burger so it is extra delicious. The onions were perfectly caramelized and the vegan sauce topping was so good💖. I also love that the lettuce tomatoes and pickles they use are always so fresh. The staff is also really friendly so the experience at the store is always great.

I absolutely love this fried chikin sandwich. They have a lovely crispy fried breading on the outside and the bun and condiments are always fresh. I get this sandwich to go almost every week when I’m in Durham:)

My daughter chose the Fried Chick’n Sandwich with Mac & Cheese and Cheese Fries. Another incredible meal! I cannot wait to go back and try the BBQ, chicken salad, and other awesome plant based dishes! If you’re ever in Durham, please check this place out!
