The sauce is also runnier than I like for a mac and cheese. You want it to hug the noodle but not drip like this. It was pretty tasty, but the flavour made me think of when I used to have #rice in my soup when I was a kid. I would normally prefer a cheesier mac & cheese, but it was still tasty and I enjoyed the added #italiansausage and grilled #portobello #mushrooms.
