My friend is gf and I am vegan and we were kinda full, so we split this #vegan #cheeze, #glutenfree crust #pizza and added #mushrooms. I was not impressed that they charged $2 for vegan cheeze (the University location doesn't...) and that the gf crust was $5 more and that the mushrooms were $2.50.... It was expensive! Thank gosh we split the price. It was $18 for the base pizza... #expensive. I really was impressed with how good the gf crust was! They clearly made it out of rice flour. It was fluffy and really flavourful. I did not like how charred this one got..it kind of ruined it. Oh well.

ya y’know, just your standard vegan margherita pizza plus arugula and impossible. can’t imagine ordering this without adding arugula… can’t imagine ordering anything without adding arugula if arugula is on the table. and if arugula isn’t on the table, how did i get here and why and can we go somewhere else? this review is mostly a shoutout to arugula, the pizza was fine/good. was obviously cooked in a dope oven, very legit, thankful for arugula. #arugulagang

Died and went to pizza heaven. I loooove a simple marinara pizza 🍅🥰, but I was like: try the plant-based fior di latte, do it for @abillion10, trust the pizzeria overlords, maybe it won’t be goopy… And BUONISSIMO! This mozza imposter is the best I’ve met 🥸, it’s creamy, dense, salty. Maybe even a little bit browned from the wood fired pizza oven? Maybe even a little stringy pull? Apparently libretto makes this mozz in-house from coconut and soy (nut free) and the process takes over a day. The pizza gods have spoken ppl and this. Is. It. 👼🍕🍷

Got this delicious margarita pizza, veganized with their insanely tasty vegan mozzarella, and added arugula, artichoke, and olive. But the big time move here is adding my own cut up Impossible Burger on top -- they have the option to add Impossible crumble but I tend to like lots more than they provide so I add from my own supply. Big dawg moves. A great bonus is their delicious chilli oil that comes with your order for drizzlin' and dippin'. Wooooo! That sauce? YUM! That crust? YUM! That cheese/basil? YUM! Arugula/Artichoke/olives? YUM! That lil cup o' chilli oil? YUM Big dawg custom Impossible play? YUM! This dish has become a bi-weekly staple and even if its essentially their only vegan option at the moment (aside from their vegetarian pie where you sub for the vegan mozz), they definitely do it right.
