Our love affair with Italian food is long-term. In 1965, a wise man called Peter Boizot knew pizza in London could be better. So he shipped over an authentic oven from Italy, opened the first-ever PizzaExpress and got to work serving the great pizza the UK deserved.

I love this pizza 🍕. I much prefer a nice vegetable pizza full of artichoke and olives over any of the "pretend meat" pizzas. I do miss the good ol' times when there used to be asparagus on this pizza, but I guess you can't have everything. I love that they have vegan cheese and a large selection of vegan pizzas. It is really worth joining the club, as prices are way too high for what you get 💸, but with the club discounts it makes it worth it 😀🤑. Our bill went from £60 to £30, and that's even though I am in the silver club and my partner in bronze.
