Ahhh this was the perfect comfort food: no overpowering flavours, not too spicy, and nice and warming. I really liked the taste and texture of the spongy tofu, and the #soup had a definite #curry kick without taking away from the brothiness of the meal. I like how the different components were packaged separately so I could decide how much of everything I wanted to add (not featured in the photos were additional packets of veg sides) but it did mean there was more plastic packaging :/ Nonetheless, I enjoyed this #takeaway and I’d get it again for sure :) #veganbroth #vegannoodles #vegancurry #currynoodles #pho #noodles #noodlesoup #veganbrighton #vietnamese

This is a starter from #pho, but it was surprisingly filling. The vegetables were crunchy and fresh and the vermicelli was a pleasant texture similar to noodles. The satay sauce was also delicious (you can choose from a variety of other dips). I did find the rice paper a bit too chewy and I ended up just eating the fillings, but some people might like the chewiness. I’ve been meaning to eat at Pho for a while as they have quite a lot of vegan options, and I would order this again :) #summerrolls #vietnamese #veganbrighton
