A generous amount of Impossible meat with kale, cherry tomatoes, half an avocado, pickled onions, corn, and quinoa. This was delicious but Impossible Meat for me falls in the junk food category, and if I crave junk food again I’d just order the veganized Impossible Patty Melt I think!
