This #applecake was delicious! The piece was gigantic and therefore a nice value. The inside had a lovely texture with big apple pieces mixed in. The crumble on top was perfectly sweet and added something special. 🍏

This #londonfogtea was made with #oatmilk. It was nice and frothy. The tea itself wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked.. it was a very mild taste. I really love #earlgrey, but this just didn't bring the flavor unfortunately! 🫖

This #burrito contained rice, #beans, and #sweetpotato. It was large enough to split. The filling was a little bland and needed more spices or to be topped with some flavorful guacamole or sour cream. The salsa was also not flavorful unfortunately. Overall, it was fine but I wouldn't order again. This is a very cool restaurant though and I'd definitely try something else to support them!

Everytime I visit Sheboygan I am impressed with its character and amenities. Places like Paradigm Coffee and Music are such a cool asset to a community and seem to thrive in places like this city. Such a cool, inclusive space with a great menu and friendly atmosphere. The Betty Burrito was fantastic! It has all the basics wrapped in a large tortilla. Rice, beans, tomatoes and roasted sweet potatoes are tasty and filling. The chips and salsa were great too. Will be back next time I am in this lovely lakeside city 😀

I was intrigued by this cookie's size and puffiness. It tasted good.. not the best #vegancookie I've had, as the texture was a bit dry. I appreciate the bit of #seasalt on top, as I'm a fan of salty and sweet! 🍪

So delicious, tasted like Door County sweet tart cherries and I so miss coffee cake at most places, but Paradigm has lots of vegan bakery! Lots is labeled, but not all, just ask!

Tasty and filling. I want to try all their sandwiches which can be made vegan of which there are many. I had it with the black bean soup of the day and it was very satisfying. This place even has vegan milkshakes!
