Oh how lovely spicy 🌶 this Salad is in Thailand. Crispy peanuts and lime cilantro dressing leaves my mouth watering whenever and wherever I eat it in Thailand. 🙃🤗🤩🥰🌶 If only SA had original and tasty Thai dishes 😭😭😭😭

The dish comes from the Northern part of Thailand, the flavours 🥰🥰🥰 … Another dish with tea leaves being fermented this time. Since being there I am making my own soya yoghurt, kimchi and the BEST ta da!!! Drumroll…🎊😂🤩🙏🏼 Lentil Tempeh.
