If you like parsley, this is the salad for you. It’s made up of chopped parsley, diced tomatoes and onions, cracked bulgur wheat and spices with an olive oil and lemon juice dressing. It’s got a tart flavor to it between the parsley and lemon, but tastes really fresh. It’s nice to pair with all the other things hummus, falafel, and vegan shawarma to round out your meal! #tabouleh #parsley #salad

This was delicious but super messy! It had sliced vegan shawarma (which I think was seitan), caramelized onions, tomatoes and tahini sauce wrapped in a pita. It could have used some lettuce for a little crunch like the other meat sandwiches my family got, and I’m sure you could ask to add that in. By the end it was so drippy it all fell apart and I had to finish it with a fork & knife. Great flavor though. #shawarma #sandwich

The waiter suggested this soup (came with an entree) and I was very pleased! It was a red tomato-based chickpea & lentil soup. It had a very savory flavor and was filling. I’m not a huge lentil or tomato soup fan but this one knocked it out of the park! #soup #lentil #chickpea #mediterranean

These ladyfingers were filled with cashews. They tasted very similar to baklava but were a little dry, though the cashew flavor was perfect for this. I would still order these again and maybe pair them with some non-dairy vanilla ice cream at home! #dessert #mediterranean #cashew

I love that they have vegan desserts here. This pistachio baklava was flavorful, nutty, sweet, and sticky. It was a little hard to eat since the bottom crust was slightly overdone and tough, but that didn’t stop us from almost licking the plate! #baklava #pistachio #dessert #mediterranean

The waiter advised us that a lot of their desserts are vegan! We ordered the walnut baklava, pistachio baklava, and ladyfingers made with cashews. The walnut baklava was the crowd favorite. It was very sweet and sticky, and not dry at all. I regret not ordering more to go 😋 #baklava #dessert #mediterranean

This was fantastic!!! The flavor was amazing, and the eggplant melts in your mouth. This was my first moussaka dish ever and it has set the bar very high. It was a large portion and I took half of it home. The only thing I regret is waiting so long to try this dish. I will be back to try more!! #moussaka #eggplant #mediterranean

We order the appetizer sampler to share for the table of five people. Everything was vegan except for the feta cheese. The baba ganoush was the crowd favorite with the falafel’s being a close second. Really great to try all of the variety of options in this one dish! I would highly recommend. Next time I would even order this as my meal, minus the feta! #mediterranean #hummus #babaganoush #falafel

Authentic middle eastern food made vegan. This is one of my favorite dishes - I have been ordering it for 15 years! LOVE Norma's so much as they have a lot of vegan options. This is tabbouleh, tofu shawarma, and hummus. #veganisnotscary
