I was very impressed by the vegan ramen dish at Noods Ramen Bar! It is probably one of the best ramen I have ever had! I loved the garlic shoyu ramen vegan creamy texture and all of the mushrooms with my noodles. Will go again!

I ventured far from my typical favorite flavors to give something new a try. The result for me was just ok but I’m sure those who love mushrooms and tons of noodles would dig this.

Mmm I love the spicy sesame based broth! This is half of the portion of the tan tan men, take out order. I love that this restaurant has tons of vegan options!

the yuzu in this gives it a pleasant citrus flavor. other ingredients are shio based vegetable broth, green onion, corn, spinach, menma, vegan miso ground pork, nori, and yuzu negi oil. #raMonday
