Indulged my wood-fired charred refined carb addiction with this one 😋! Just rosemary and coarse sea salt with some olive oil: uncomplicated and tasty. Normally one would call this rosemary and sea salt foccacia. In their menu all foccacia is called pizza.

Medium Palermo Pizza

Substituted mozzarella for capers to veganise this pizza: good result! The brinjal (aubergine/eggplant) isn't normally something I'd want on a pizza but it wasn't tough. Also probably, the healthiest pizza conceivable 🍕.

Tasty foccacia! Don't know why it says pizza. Nothing like woodfire charred carbs with a few large rocket leaves thrown on top with a few halves cherry tomatoes 😉!

Off with the cheese and ham on with the avo! Good result! They could be more generous with ingredients (I'm a broken record on this) but a really tasty pomodoro sauce backed by tasty avo, olives mushrooms and artichokes 😋
