It was encased and on the dry side - the combination with the mushroom & yogurt was a real revelation. While great - I do think this restaurant is a little over-priced. It is a small portion & the mushroom flavour doesn’t fly off the plate. I would prefer a more earthy umami - it would have been on the bland side if it weren’t for the jus and miso mustard.Jerk Mushroom Wellington

The only drawback is that the mushroom scallop itself doesn’t have a strong or sea-like flavour. I feel they are missing a trick here.French horn Scallops

katrina152条评论The filling is mushroom and water chestnut, but it’s the rayu sauce that gives the dumpling a nice spicy kick similar to mala. Dumpling skin was thick and soft to chew. Tasty and refreshing.truffle gyoza
Sabrina56条评论I’ve never had a vegan mushroom Wellington at a restaurant before. It was quite good. Had different types of wild mushrooms, sautéed greens and pickled shimeji mushrooms. And a spicy miso mustard. Would have preferred if the Wellington piece was a bit bigger tho for the price. Overall nightshade is a delicious and unique vegan restaurant in a nice part of downtown vanJerk Mushroom Wellington
