The soup base is rich, flavorful (a bit saltier than I’d prefer, but still very delicious), full of toppings and the pickled red cabbage is very unique. Kai139条评论Creamy umami broth, personally felt it was quite salty but still was able to drink it spoon after spoon as it was really yummy and it has been a long time since I had a bowl of ramen. Love the soy meat in it - texture similar to pork mince. A selection of vegetables on top were perfect with the noodles and broth as well.Vegan tan tan ramen
