Flaky and succulent slab of soy 'cod fish' drenched in their signature housemade petai sauce. 🐟 Unlike typical sambal petai dishes with whole stinky beans, this gravy consisted of finely minced petai and was quite fragrant, even for my mum who isn't typically a fan of petai. 🫛🌶️ I believe there's a slightly cheaper tofu version of this dish too for those who prefer more whole foods to mock meat!
