Black Fungus & Asparagus

This dish was really light and flavourful. The fungus is flavoured with some sort of vinegar and chilli. The asparagus is thicker and more water-y than the kinda I’ve tried before.

These veggies had tons of gluten chunks which made for a hearty dish. A bit on the oily side but most food from Shanghai is!

Vegetarian Bun

These buns were so delicious and fresh. This restaurant normally has a huge line but we came in the evening on a weekday and only had to wait a few minutes for a table.
