I was really excited to see this on the menu because I really fancied something vegetable-based! 🍆🫒 really liked the flavour combo of the aubergine, capers and olives. £10 not to bad, very tasty but i wasnt that hungry and i have to eat with an akward plaster over my cold sore lol. So defos not the most healthy. This is sooo nice omfg! Very greasy and juicy. Rich umami slightly spicy tomato pizza. The picture doesn't do justice to the deliciousness of this dessert. They somehow replicated the slightly charred taste of toasted marshmallow, so the effect was really very like s'mores done on the fire. The donut was bread-y, in a welcome way. An indulgent and addictive dessert.

So delicious! The garlicky dressing was perfect, as was the pan seared tofu wedges, served on salad leaves and giant herby cous cous. Satisfying, nutritious and yummy.

Never having tasted any version of haggis before, this dish was somewhat daunting to try! But this vegan version of haggis on top of a smoky charred seitan burger, smothered in a peppercorn sauce with mustard, lettuce, and pickle was incredibly tasty and satisfying. Imagine a lightly peppered vegan mashup of meatloaf, sausage, and sage and you’ll have a good idea of this vegan haggis flavour. For those like me who have never tried haggis before, this dish is something not to be missed the next time you’re in Glasgow! Definitely worth a try! Mono restaurant is a fully vegan restaurant 🌱 as well as a record store! Great ambiance!
