Sorbet Du Jour

When dessert menus went around, I told the server that if the sorbet is vegan, I'll have one.  This was some kind of super sweet berry thing. It was so good, though if you eat sugar as infrequently as I do, you may want to share.

Merguez Spiced Vegetables

The server went to ask the chef for a vegan option for me. Got these veggies and couscous which normally comes with a creme fraiche which isn't specified on the menu. The flavor was amazing.  I rounded out the meal by stealing a few fries from my dining companions.

Cauliflower Steak

This was so delicious! It was the first time I had cauliflower steak and it blew me away. They served it with a red wine vinaigrette and fries on the side! I definitely recommend this if you’re in Las Vegas!
