Il sapore di questi Gimbap non mi ha fatta sognare, ma comunque sono contenta di aver assaggiato un piatto tipico in chiave vegan. Il locale è difficile da trovare, la cucina dà sulla strada dove ci sono due tavolini.

So yummy! so big and filling. Theres a littlw piece of leaf around the yellow radish - so fret not it is not cucumber ! (i thought they put cucumber inside)

I was worried I didn't like it as I am very picky about foods. But it tasted nice! I think its tofu, with a chewy tecture that seems to mimic fishball(?) fishcake texture. Really nice!! Do try this as it is not easy to find vegan oden

Mega tasty kimbab! Only issue is that they don’t give you soy sauce to dip in with it, so something to be mindful of. Expertly prepared though.

Probably the best ramen I’ve ever had. I’m not a huge fan of ramen, but this balanced the heat and the noodles so well. Big recommend for cold or rainy days.

Back again for this tteokbokki and it just doesn’t quit. Somewhat spicy, so it’s not for people who don’t enjoy that sort of thing.

Ok this was just so-so. Maybe i was comparing them to the mandu i had the day before and that was really so so good. This filling was the sweet potato noodles, soy protein chunks and sm other stuffs. Maybe they need something a bit more crunchy to make ths dumpling have a bit of range. Right now it’s just ok but doesn’t stand out. And i find it a tad too oily but tht’s not a big issue.

Ouh this was such a delightful dish. The fried tofu was actually the beancurd skin types so its light and not as heavy as tau kwa. The proportion of the ingredient was just n of a right balance. The home made sauce that comes with it was so good too. I would have this again soon. And i still can’t believe i finished up all the 3 dishes by myself.

Been wanting to eat this but always end up having something else. The gochujang sauce is so yumms,a nice balance of sweet spicy savoury n jus so delicious. I was greedy so ordered 3 dishes, but i guess this cld be considered post-hiking gluttony. I finished everything.. 🤭

I've never tasted mandu this good in my life. Frankly the best mandu that could ever be made. Perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside, with a lovely dipping sauce!
