I usually get the sampler platter, but am working through the two dish combos. Split peas cooked in curry, and lentils cooked in berberi sauce. Legumes are always a delight, hearty and delicious! 😋

Madame Taitou is my first choice for Ethiopian, the veggie sampler is a huge portion that even I struggle to finish (I think I fill up too much on the mountain of injeera). You just ask them to make it vegan and they will remove the feta from the salad, I believe the rest of the items are all g2g otherwise! Delicious flavours

I always settle at all Ethiopian restaurants for the veggie sample as it contains a little of all their vegan options. Never disappointed! Madam Taitou is my favourite little cosy Ethiopian eatery. #ethiopian #capetown #southafrica #madamtaitou
