I tried the BBQ mac that had tempeh “ribs” in it, and I loved the ribs so much I had to come back and try the platter. Definitely worth it!! The ribs were made from seitan & jackfruit and they were crispy, dense, and meaty. I don’t know how they made them so perfectly. The BBQ sauce on top was tangy and a little sweet too. And I’ve never had potato chips drizzled with ranch so that was a fun surprise! The portion looks small but it was dense and filling. I would definitely recommend trying these! #veganribs #veganmeat #seitan #jackfruit

I loved their BBQ mac bowl so much I had to come back and try another one! This one especially hit with all the flavors of the buffalo, ranch, and cheesy mac sauce. The chicke was nice and crispy while the mac was super rich and creamy. It was the perfect comfort food after a day on the slopes at Mt Bachelor 🏂 if you’re ever in the Bend area don’t forget to stop by here for a bite! Their outdoor food truck courtyard space also has a super cool vibe. #macandcheese #veganmac #buffalochicken

Let me just say WOAH! Their vegan chicken patty was super crispy and had a great flavor. The sandwich was massive and really filling. I loved the kettle chips on the side, drizzled with their housemade ranch (I even got some extra sauces to go)!  This is such a cute little food truck spot in a food truck courtyard sort of lot. Go enjoy a beer and some delicious vegan food outside surrounded by fire pits and string lights. And people usually bring their cute dogs! #foodtruck #veganchicken #sandwich

This cute little food truck was voted # 2 best mac & cheese in Bend, so, of course I had to try it! I was far from disappointed. This creamy mac & cheese was topped with crispy barbecue seitan “rib” pieces that had an amazing texture. Overall, the flavor was delicious. I could definitely taste the nutritional yeast in the mac sauce which gave it a great cheesy flavor. The seitan rib pieces were also so good I’m excited to try the rib platter next time!  #macandcheese #bbq #seitan
