Trovato questo ristorante totalmente vegano su Tripadvisor! Nonostante un po' di attesa ne è valsa la pena. Io ho preso tartare di radicchio, seitan alle mandorle, formaggi vegani (pazzeschi, vicinissimi al gusto di quelli di latte) e un dolcetto al lampone. Accostamenti originali e tanto colore e sapore. Consiglio vivamente. Ma faccio presente che sembra in centro ma in realtà ci si arriva dopo una beeella salitona (nel mio caso fatta sotto la pioggia) lol Comunque 4 stelle meritate ✅

Lovely creamy like turnip soup with maple sirup. The sirup completely balanced off the sometimes bitter notes of turnips - a heartening start to a winter meal.

Amazing. Cool starter with fresh figs. Asked for no salad dressing else it would have some. The carrot purée was incredible to balance the nuts and figs and fennel.

My friend had this and we wiped dishes clean. It looked crispy for the spring roll and there was a perfect cooking time for the whole grain rice. The sauce for the tofu was rich but balanced.

Cannot give enough praise for this dish. It deserves 10 stars not 5!!! Delicious, beautiful vegetable flavoursome sauce, oven baked potato mash top like a real hachis Parmentier (traditional French dish) with lentils and tofu instead of the usual beef. Little carrots and crushed hazelnuts on the top. When the French finally cook vegan... it’s fine dining. 💓 💕

Brother in law had this and for a meat eater he was pretty impressed. The stuffing to replace the burger was really nice (yeah, I couldn’t help a bite!) made from chickpeas and spices, there was pickled onions too and peppers I think. It made the burger very moist inside. Usual sides of fries and salad as everywhere in France which is why I put 3/5 for originality.

As always the French top it for presentation but also flavours and originality. Very nourishing and a combination of mouth watering melting oven baked vegetables, cream like blended vegetable base and crunchy salad side. Have gluten free options also.
