There are lots of options for vegans here but I opted to make my own! I love that there are multiple vegan proteins to select from (tofu, beyond chicken, etc). I opted for kale, #tofu , tomatos, cucumbers, wonton chips, edamame and roasted corn. There are over a dozen dressing choices that are all clearly marked as vegan/not. I selected the cilantro-lime and was very happy with it. Overall a nice salad that felt reasonably priced for manhattan. #newyorkcity #salad #manhattan #bcorp

Love the plant power made into a wrap (no extra charge) with the suggested honey mustard dressing. So so good, although they keep raising its price. I prefer to get it without beets, and don’t add tofu or anything because it’s filling and enough money as is!

Great option if you want something a little cheaper than sweet greens although I do like sweet greens better. The beyond meatball that i added was delicious tho! #justsalad
